I am not certain if OV signifies the initials of the artist or something else

with this great mop of blond hair and lace wrap at her neck framing it and hiding any seams

While drawn with a bit of a light hand, for me this has a wonderful intensity about it looks to me like this girl's eyes could burn holes straight through whatever she was facing! I really love the rendering of her exposed wrist, too conveying a sense of sleeves too short for the ever lengthening arms of a growing girl.
