This example was cut off a uniform as thread remains are present. It is still in excellent condition and has fine paper RZM tags attached one at each end. A Standarten (regiment) were the basic units of the Allgemeine SS. So this cuff title was worn by an officer in the 4th Allgemeine SS Regiment.
