This is a very nice example of a totally original WWI German M16 Helmet shell, with a great worn in look, and the original 1917 pattern steel liner band still present. The original green paint is still well retained inside the shell, though there is some staining from water and oxidation, so this helmet definitely looks to have been outside in the weather for a time. The exterior has about 60%, with some great wear,
