This is an excellent example of an original WWII US NCO Rank Painted M1 Helmet Liner with follow me recognition bar painted on the reverse. The liner is of the correct WWII high pressure variety, stamped with an W logo indicating that it was manufactured by Westinghouse. Westinghouse Electric Co of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. These "high pressure" manufactured M 1 helmet liner are identified by an embossed "W" in the
