The jacket also features adjustable cuffs, reflective taping on the hem and a logo detail on the reverse. The name TOOB comes from the similarity of the fabric to an inner tube. A 2 layer opaque transparent polyurethane layer is applied to a uncoloured cotton base layer. The very slight movement of these two layers gives the distressed, used appearance,
