This is an unissued mint condition silk blood chit published by the Aeronautical Chart and Information Service of the U. S Air Force in 1951 and marked as such on the lower left corner. It features an American flag and 10 languages including Japanese, Korean, Chinese, German French, English, Russian, Burmese, Hindi and Urdu. It is marked RESTRICTED in two locations and is stamped 35633F. It measures approximately 15.
