They started by knitting a new version of their fan favorite heavyweight jersey in Los Angeles. The 270GSM jersey is wider to accommodate more room in the chest and laundered to reduce shrinkage. Once washed, the jersey is then cut and sewn into t shirts (in San Francisco, CA in the same factory where their jeans are made) using the same construction details
