Original French Early 18th Century Left Hand Dirk with Ivory Grip & Silver Crossguard ERA The label at the topOriginal Item. Only One Available. This is a gorgeous example of a left handed dirk dating to the early 18th Century, roughly the 1720s 1730s, with a lovely carved ivory grip and silver crossguard. The blade, which is six sided, measures roughly 7, with an overall length of 12. The blade shows heavy wear from centuries without its scabbard, and the silver of the crossguard has a very lovely tarnished patina. The ivory grip has a crack on both sides
