Original British Victorian General Service Ornate Belt Buckle for Officers - c.1880 U.S. Machine Guns along with AugustaThis is an up market example of this Victorian Belt Buckle in that it made manufactured with a a full frame around it not normally encountered. Really most attractive this buckle was usually attached to a ornately woven regimental belt displaying the Regimental colors or upon occasion to a white leather field service belt for use on the frontier in the Colonies. Of brass base construction overlaid in what appears to be Silver the V. R. monogram under
