Description

2 3/4" diameter x 2 1/16" tall not including stem

I really love the graphic nature of this one

The one at left in first photo was made by Oregon

purchased from the estate of art professor & art historian Jill McKeever Furst

I've had a couple of sets of very early Milton Bradley Froebel kindergarten blocks in the shop

As a Remembrance: Mid 19th Century Forget Me Not, Foil and Paper Flowers Under Glass painted leather 2 3/4" diameter x 2I found a forget me not token of love friendship along the lines of this one earlier this year, and have kept a keen eye since as I think they're very charming and not easy to find! Happily, at an estate sale this past weekend I snatched up a handful, which very well might all of have been made by the same person, most likely a young woman, 150+ years ago or so. Gold foil and paper flowers arranged carefully under glass, with reverse painting in red
