Description

did not realize that Royal Haeger made some pretty great ceramics in the 1960s and 70s with terrific fat lava glazes

but overall in great shape

along with a lock from her husband William Gay

and would be to draw

from 1872 to 1881--patent dates or what I am not certain

Mary Baker's Cows and Ducks, Crayon Drawing, 1917 speckled stoneware tumblers did not realize that RoyalThis is one of several crayon drawings done by a Mary Baker, a couple of them signed, and one dated 1917, surely done when miss Mary was in grade school. I think this cow couple is pretty special, looking like he's about to nuzzle her ears, and then this great fence around them and two great brown ducks marching along below. Not quite sure what the yellow form is at left, maybe a feeder? 8 1 4" x 5 15 16" and in very good condition.
