19th C. Lustreware Child's Cup with Hand-painted Thumbprint Bird and Branch boyscouts I believe this early carving

I believe this early carving is meant to represent a Revolutionary War officer-- tricorne hat

but as is all of the carved animals are in good condition

as there are here

The piece of clear tape on reverse is not a patch
