Double-sided Fan plate with nude The marble square base inIt takes a pretty striking paper fan to get me excited, but this one did does; between the lush red and silver and gold, and the evocation of waves cresting across it, I think it is really quite stunning. And with the image of a ship inside silver circled insignia to boot. Double sided; with the only notable difference being the inclusion of "Japan Tourism Association" on one side. The fan commemorated the hundred year anniversary of The Treaty of
