The six panels of the cap are each triple stitched and fitted with a shape retaining seam tape. The lettering "KHS TACTICAL GEAR" is woven into the band. The Heat Control and Conduct System helps prevent heat build up. The cap is made of breathable cotton and features strategically placed ventilation holes and an extra wide sweatband made of soft terry cloth.
