It took me a bit of research to realize that it is after a painting by Mexico born painter and muralist Alfredo Ramos Martínez--who lived and worked in Mexico

Two great graphite drawings here, the work of an L. M. Willis who signed his name twice one drawing on the front inside cover and one on the back. Of course I especially love the juxtaposition of these unholy looking characters, one drinking and one smoking (with great little hand pointing at him as if in admonishment)
