This is an interesting lot of brass badges for several different police forces in Panama during the era following Operation Just Cause. From what weve found in our research, the photo engraved badges were issued pending better machine made badges from the US, these are from roughly 1992. The badges include two for the SPN, the Police Naval Service, with a revolver & anchor to the sides of the crest. One is for a
