In full working order, this is an very nice WWI Era British Royal Flying Corps pocket watch, mounted into a leather wrist band for use while flying. During the early days of these were very common, as "wrist watches" were not commonly issued at the time, so special wristbands were made to carry them. The watch can be removed from the leather band, which has had the stitching completely tear out on one side. The small
