Hornsea Cat Trinket Dish Home Accessories Handcrafted in Bavaria and likelyHornsea Cat shaped Trinket Dish. Hornsea Design Director, John Clappison, originally drew these fantastic cats for a range of ceramic cruet sets, produced in 1967. These new trinket dishes have been redrawn from the original illustrations archived in the Hornsea Museum and glazed using authentic Hornsea colours of the period. Made from Stoneware and hand glazed so each one is unique. Hornsea Potteries was founded in 1949 by brothers Colin and Desmond
