2024 I Vigneri di Salvo Foti 'Aurora' Etna Bianco, Sicily, Italy Marie et Olivier Horiot A spumante wineFun Facts: Aurora (which means dawn in Italian) is also the name of a small and graceful native butterfly that's currently at risk of extinction. These can often be spotted in the vines and inspired the wine's name and label. Winemaking: Whole clusters are direct pressed and left to settle for 30 hours. Natural fermentation takes between 15 20 days. The wine is then aged five months in stainless steel tanks. importer's note
