2023 Les Dolomies Bordel c'est Bon Trousseau Romain Le Bars a portion of the cuvéeVARIETY: Trousseau TERROIR: Semi continental climate. Commune de Passenans, Les Combes. Vines planted in the 1950s. Rooted in iridescent marls, rich in magnesium limestone. Organic, biodynamic. The 2023 Trousseau has completed all its fermentations and aging in enamelled steel tanks, it was bottled in May 2024 without sulfiting or filtration.
