22" strand of old traditionally cast metal beads (3×4mm) with colorful old glass (5-6mm diameter) and shamrock-shaped dangles (9×11mm)

This bead, and others like it, were traded along the Sahara trade route. 11mm long x 12mm diameter with 2mm hole with three large white "eyes".
