The blend is a co ferment of 60% Monastrell and 40% Xarello grown organically biodynamically in the "Rodony" vineyard in Serra del Monmell (Tarragona) over clay limestone soils. Hand harvested, joint cold ferment of all varieties for 12 hours with native yeasts in stainless and aged less than a year before bottling unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2.
