Parcels were vinified gently in concrete, oak vats, and amphora, preserving purity while moderating extraction in a hot, low yield year. The wine shows blackcurrant and ripe plum, graphite, violets, and subtle cocoa, framed by ultra fine, ripe tannins. Despite its power, acidity stays fresh, and the
