Germany Yarra Valley aged a minimum 5 yearsA Pinot blanc from two small, western oriented plots, on steep slopes, worked mainly manual and grown on limestone clay soil in Kirchhofen. The vines from the main plot are more than 50 years old, bunches got pressed as whole cluster, fermented in used barrels from different size.
