Ancient Ecuadorian Whorl, Reptile eyes 18" necklace from EthiopiaA unique ancient "Spindle Whorl", made of clay from the Manteno Culture, dated from 800 1500 AD depicts a reptile, lizard I think, which apparently had religious significance, representing fertility. 13mm diameter x 12mm tall, hole is 2 1 2mm. Highly collectible and in very good condition!
