STM Engine Torque Plate for 4B11 Evo X (4B-TQP) Hella it’s made in the USAThe STM 4B11 Evo X Ralliart engine torque plate is made in house at STM from 6061 billet aluminum and includes a set of 4130 chrome moly inserts to protect your plate during torque down. Can be used with 4B11 up to 90mm bore. A torque plate should be used when you have your engine block bored out. Anytime you bore a block, distortion will occur to the cylinders unless you use a torque honing plate installed as a brace to replicate the pressure and
