1925 Lithograph Architecture Cook-Oliver House Sam Ruggles Mantel Floral ARC6 DAW1 right hand cornerThis is an original 1925 lithograph of the architectural design of a late XVIII century mantelpiece, a cornice from the Cook Oliver House of Salem Massachusetts (circa 1804), and detailing from a mantelpiece from the Samuel Ruggles house of the early XIX century style as designed by the architect Charles Bulfinch. The Cook Oliver house of Federal Street in Salem was the home of Henry Cook Oliver, who was at one time the Mayor of Salem and Lawrence.
