Photographs by courtesy of Waukesha County Historical Society and Carroll College. Pictured in the image is the building that was put up in 1840 for Prairieville Academy and opened in 1841. It was sold to the German Reformed Church in 1866 and taken down in 1891. This halftone print also features an image of the building that was erected for the College, 1852
