This one is 100% blue Weber agave, distilled at Tequilea (NOM 1146) in Jalisco and bottled unaged at 40%. Roasted agave sweetness up front, black and green pepper through the middle, a saline finish. Cold in a shot glass or built into a margarita or Paloma it holds its shape either way.
