Edward Hurry was from Braintree Essex, and as a civilian he was a postman. He enlisted at the age of 37. He was reported missing on 31 8 1917 and confirmed P. O. W on 17 10 1917. On his release he arrived back in the UK on 13 1 1919 and was demobilised. Fitted with replacement ribbon. Extremely fine.
