Bragdon - ORIGINAL ADVERTISING CL8 XET9 chairman of the BoardThis is a small original 1906 black and white print ad for the Lasell Seminary for Young Women in Auburndale, Massachusetts, and under principalship of C. C. Bragdon. The school, originally named the Auburndale Female Seminary, was founded in 1851, by Edward Lasell, a professor of Chemistry at the Williams College. The school was later renamed the Lasell Female Seminary and then once again, the Lasell Seminary for Young Women. Initially, the school
