Chochin Lamp 01 - Donguri blanketsandtextiles The Marlow Espresso Cup isHandcrafted by Asano Shoten in Japans Gifu Prefecture, the Chochin Lamp 01 Donguri reinterprets the traditional Japanese paper lantern through a contemporary lens. Made using premium Mino washi paper and a spiralled bamboo rib structure, each lamp is formed by hand using wooden moulds. The bamboo frame is carefully wrapped, glued and papered panel by panel a labour intensive process refined over generations of lantern making. Named Donguri (), meaning
